You may phone in your order (using your Visa or Mastercard) at 250.472.3122 or send us an email with the specific code numbers of pieces you are interested in at info@reynard-designs. If you wish to avoid phone charges, send us an email with your phone number and we will contact you promptly.

Shipping costs are relatively inexpensive, with a range from $5-$12 within Canada depending on the size of the order. We want you to love owning the work as much as we love creating it, and any items may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30-days in their original condition.

If you came upon this website through seeing work at a specific store or gallery, you may order any pieces you would like through that particular outlet.

Wholesale Orders

If you own a store or gallery and would like to carry the work, please contact us at info@reynard-designs.com or phone us at 250.472.3122 for wholesale prices, delivery time and any other information required.

Orders are generally shipped within two weeks, unless they involve specialty items. Credit cards are not processed until the day of shipment, at which time you will be notified that your order is on its way.

One of the easiest and best ways to order is to allow us to put a collection together for a specific budget, thus ensuring that you will receive a wide variety of the most current and original designs available. Nearly all stores/galleries order this way, since they are assured of receiving a constant stream of new, innovative work emerging from the studio, with all work exchangeable (except for sterling/14k. designs) over time.
